Partnering with PeopleInsight by HireRoad for people analytics was much faster, more powerful and less risk than the other options we tried. Using our core HRMS, UltiPro Cognos BI reporting provided dashboards but resulted in a poor end user experience. Given PeopleInsight’s deep experience in all forms of HR and talent data, in addition to the ease of implementing their platform, we could not be happier.
