Felipe Chaquea (he/him) is a Senior Director in MLT’s Employer Offerings team, where he oversees consultant teams in delivering client engagements related to strategy, strategy implementation, and Analytics for DE&I. He has 9+ years of experience working in strategy consulting at large corporations, nonprofits and higher education institutions.
Prior to MLT, Felipe served as the Director of Strategy at Kaplan North America where he worked on developing the growth strategy for educational partnerships that aimed to retain and develop talent at large corporations. He also spent three years as a Manager in Accenture’s Strategy practice where he worked with senior leadership teams in customer strategy efforts to accelerate growth.
Felipe’s professional expertise includes strategy formulation, data analytics, digital transformation, design-thinking methodologies and business case modeling. He earned a BBA from Florida International University (FIU) and an MBA from Northwestern-Kellogg. Felipe is an alumni of MLT’s MBA programs. He is based out of Miami, FL area.
Jennifer Hanniman is a leader in people analytics, with experience spanning 25+ years in delivering and marketing high-value business intelligence and enterprise solutions with renowned companies such as Accenture, Cognos, IBM, Trend Micro, and HireRoad. Jennifer led the professional services team for HireRoad’s PeopleInsight people analytics solution for over a decade, where she partnered with customers to harness insights from diverse data sources, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Today, Jennifer is a founding member of DataDriven, a people analytics advisory council committed to creating and sharing people analytics strategies, insights, and best practices with HR professionals and organizations at all stages of their people analytics journeys. Jennifer is a firm believer in the transformative potential of analytics, particularly in optimizing how organizations manage their most vital asset—their people.
